Cancellation Policy – Lessons and Tours

Our cancellation policy aims to be flexible. Full refunds will be given for cancellations that are made 72 hours prior to the start of your lesson. For cancellations within 72 hours of your lesson a $50 per booking will be charged per participant. If you do have to cancel please contact us as soon as you can.

For Group Lessons

A minimum of two people are required to run each of our daily lessons and tours. If it is the case you are the only person signed up for the lesson, we will contact you the night before and let you know. Your options will be to upgrade to a private lesson, change the time or date of your lesson, take a rain check, or receive a full refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any service due to unsafe weather and wave conditions. Cancellations due to weather and waves will be rescheduled and your payment will be applied to the rescheduled date or full refund will be issued. We reserve the right to substitute equipment and personnel in the case of emergency we deem it necessary.

When making any booking with us please ensure you supply a local telephone number that we can contact you to inform you of bad weather conditions that may hinder your lesson or tour

Cancellation Policy – Rentals

No refunds will be given if a cancellation if made within 72 hours of any scheduled equipment rental.

Equipment Damage
